Hello,

I have been searching for music from around the world. I have mainly been interested in
guitar based music and how it has evolved in various cultures. I have been looking for
music from the mid 60's to the mid 70's.

I’ve read about many artists that were around during that timeperiod. Here is a list of
some of themore interesting one I have found.

ALGERIA:
The Students
The Vulures

EGYPT:
The Black Coats
The Cats
Les Petits Chats
The Stars

IRAN:
Aajubehaa

ISRAEL:
Uzi and the Signonot (a.k.a. The Styles)

KOREA:
BloozTet
Donkeys

LEBANON:
The Sea-Ders (a.k.a. The Cedars)

SRI LANKA:
The Moonstones

ZAMBIA:
The Blackfoot
Musi-o-tunya

Does anyone know if any recordings exist by these artists? If so, do you know if I could
hear them?

Also, if you know of any other music from Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Banglidesh,
Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East that is guitar based and from the mid 60’s
to mid 70’s, please let me know. I would like to hear about them.

Thanks you for your time.

Stuart Ellis
