Hey guys -

trying to get a band together to flesh out full arrangements of about 15-20 songs i've
written, my band recently broke up due to people moving to different states and i'm
getting restless and want to perform again! We gigged around the usual venues i.e. cranka
exeter jade monkey etc...

Looking at this stage for anyone who wants to collaborate: drums, bass, guitar, keys
(especially), whatever...

The sound will be whatever the sound that comes out of us is, i'm always keen for
everyone to contribute their own parts/ideas/sounds but i'm thinkin the way the songs are
sort of dark bluesy soul-y country influenced indie music (wanky yeah) along the lines
of:
my morning jacket, gnarls barkley, marvin gaye, black keys, bonnie prince billie, mazzy
star, mark lanegan, nick cave, bright eyes, the shins, mike patton, portishead..
The key is MOOD.

To check out some demos go to www.myspace.com/postdeathpost1

E-mail me: postdeathpost@hotmail.com
Hope to hear from some freaky adelaide fuckers....

Hey mate,

We're an established band looking for an experienced guitarist. Our style is a mix of
electro- alternative pop/rock, we have drums, bass, keys/synth lead and back up vocals-
but need a good guitarist. Was wondering if you have any other projects on the go at the
moment?
We have some earlier demos on our myspace

www.myspace.com/ruephonetic

and we're writing new stuff all the time. Looking for someone for guitar and 3rd back up
vocals if comfortable. We jam at least once a week and are pretty serious about doing
more gigs- also have own recording gear.

Some of our influences include

Muse
Coldplay
Keane
Portishead
Little Birdy
Jackson Jackson
Cog
The Hampdens
The Shins
Silverchair
Gotye
Jackson Jackson
George
Gnarles Barkley
Vampire Weekend

and more

Let me know if you're keen
