Phillybeats.com invites you to win your work featured on our front page for a month
This is to help you get your art-work out there and try to bring some more originality 
To Philly through PhillyBeats.com.
              
We have a few guide lines 

*Art work must be 56k friendly 

*No adult content or copyrighted materials without express written consent from their
authors 

*Submit your work [wont be full size due to web space, unless picked],
Or host/link it 

*Must have "www.phillybeats.com" in the design along with "Play Flash Game"

*All graphics and images must be suitable for all ages 

*Must leave contact info 

*Scanned artwork is welcome as well.

**We will have a voting system for everyone to be able to vote for what they think is the
best; from there we pick our winner. So the more votes you get the more of a chance to
have you on the front page.

*Also the winner will get a design they wish printed on a t-shirt, we will keep the shirt
up on our site for sale.

** Free email account from Phillybeats.com (This will be on a limited bases; we are able
to have up to 400 @phillybeats.com accounts.)

**Every shirt sold, of the winners, will receive a one dollar
[Pay-out after every ten dollars]
