I went to bring in my laptop for service at Pacific Mall. The laptop store is called
Pacific Notebook (www.pacificnotebook.com). The guy named "Andrew" is rude, he will only
respect you if you are a really buyer. Reason for saying that because i took my laptop
for service and he was not able to solve the problem, he blamed me for wasting his
"valuble" time. I went to pick up my laptop, the problem is i live far from pacific mall,
so it take about 1 hour and 15 mins to get there, i called him to ask when you are closing
and he told me 8 and i wanted him to wait just a little bit like until 810 he refused to
because he told me with exact words, "no i'm not going to wait for you, i said i close at
8 and i wil close at 8", but again i asked him to please wait because i'm on my way, i was
on the bus and about 15mins away from pacific mall, he said " NO i'm not waiting, i have a
family waiting for he for dinner and i'm not goign to wait". and he said after ok "i'll
wait until 810", i'm like ok, but i got there at 8:00 and the guy left. 

so i went the next morning to pick up the laptop and he gave me this attitude were he
said this laptop is useless and there;s not point in fixing it, i'm like well can i trade
it in hes like yes. so then i asked him like 2 questions but he replied back saying "how
about you talk to me if you are really buyering a new laptop" i'm like come on, is this
the attitude you gave to your customers, and he didn't reply back and ignored me and i
just left. 

honestly for those people out there do not buy from these this company they have attitude
and no respect to you, just want your sale. in fact they scratched my laptop even more,
like there's dents on the side for no reason. would bring your laptop  there and get this
respond from them?

here is my complain to you guys
hope you shop somewhere else besides them
