$48 for a NYE party in Hobart with its special guest being a Melbourne DJ, $60 on the
door??????!!!!

Fuck!!!

What could possibly cost them so much that they need to charge that sort of price.
Considering the BIG parties in Sydney and Melbourne with guests like Basement Jaxx and
Felix Da Housecat are going for about $85, this party sounds like a #### rip off!

i agree totally m8, i've jsut come back from london where i would pay about 40 Aus for a
night with Bad Company, adam F, Grooverider etc, etc.
who the hell do these guys think they are?? it doesn
t cost that much to organise, manage and hold a night like this, and a melb dj who i've
never heard of before makes it ridiculous!
rise up hobartarians and lets get talking about this scam, and it is a scam!

yes, well, the flyer might look ok, for EVO 2, but i know the Dj's, and they're all still
kinda leaning to play...apart from the headliners of course......But thuis is only the
2nd party they're putting on..and the last left alot to be desired....Try syrup, with a
huge line up of DJ's, 15 bucks presale, 50 on the door, so there'll only be the core crew
hopefully...
