SCOTT COOPER (UK) Potty Mouth Music -
  http://www.myspace.com/djscottcooper

Scott Cooper blends jackin electronic house with eclectic influences of hip-house, ragga
and dancehall. His diverse spin on the underground sound has made him a less
predictable—but always rowdy—addition to the Potty Mouth Music roster.

Cooper channeled his classically trained guitar skills into electronic music, taking
early influence from Sasha, Lee Burridge, Craig Richards and the breaks of DJ Hyper.
London-based DJ Jon Carter further influenced his production with a fusion of ragga
vocals and old-school samples with house music and broken beats. His diversity would
become the cannon for a sound he would develop at Nottingham’s prestigious Confetti
Studios.

In the past 10 years, Cooper has honed his skills on the decks and in the studio,
collaborating with artists such as Jak Z, and Balie funk MC Edu-K. Cooper’s
breakthrough “Hanging with Mr. Cooper EP” released in early 2008 on Lee Mortimer’s
Wearhouse Music showcased his signature mix of electro, dancehall and breaks. The artist
takes these influences even further with his forthcoming “Natty Jack EP,” on
Wearhouse, which includes remixes by Potty Mouth Music artists HiJack and Heavy Feet.

“I’d describe my style as all-embracing in the way that I like to get a lot of
different sounds and make sense of them in both my productions and my DJ sets,” Cooper
says. The self-proclaimed serial collaborator of late still finds time to work with other
artists while also making time to tweak his own twisted sound.

On the DJing front, forthcoming gigs see Cooper, 27, touring Canada, Europe and The
States, along with an annual outing to Ibiza. He has held a previous residency at Digital
in Lincoln and is a current resident of the monthly Moda event which Potty mouth's Andy
George runs along with fellow Lincoln based DJs Jaymo and Ingo Staar.

Cooper has collaborated with George for their latest EP, “The Cooper and George EP”
due for release in July 2008.

ANDY GEORGE (UK) Potty Mouth Music -
  http://www.myspace.com/itstheetalking

One of Potty Mouth Music’s recent signings is a rising star on the UK Club scene.
DJ/producer Andy George takes influences from music that includes everything from ’90s
garage to Indie-electro—the results are heart stopping party bangers!

Andy’s crunked-up, jump-up spin on house music is at the heart of his own night, Moda.
The monthly, UK mash-up has grown from a 300 capacity club into 1,600 capacity raves that
saw it crowned Mixmags Club of the Month. This will come as no surprise to Moda’s
regulars, including luminaries as Annie Mac, Kissy Sellout, Crookers and Boy 8 Bit who
have all graced the decks.

Andy hit a new career high when he was asked to record an Essential Mix live for BBC
Radio 1 with Moda co-promoter Jaymo, neatly positioning him amongst the top echelons of
DJs and producers.

Not content with limiting himself as a DJ, Andy and fellow producer Jak Z collaborated on
several jumped-up tracks. Andy’s first original EP “Big Dipper” made the charts of
Lee Mortimer’s Wearhouse Records imprint and spawned a globally renowned remix by
fellow Potty Mouth artist, Hijack. JFK from Mstrkrft liked it so much he did his own
re-edit, along with massive support from the likes of Crookers, Kissy Sell Out, Detboi
and Toddla T.

When he’s not producing, Andy is relentlessly working on remix projects, spawning a
recent collaboration with Detboi on Craig Walsh’s On the Brink Label. Remixes for Lee
Mortimer (Wearhouse/Dotbleep), Toddla T and Simon Lord of the Black Ghosts show that Andy
is a man very much in demand. Not content with just doing original work, Andy and a
mystery partner also churn out endless party bootlegs under the guise of Throttle &
Vinnie. If the arduous studio and club-promotion schedule aren't enough, Andy plays out
at respected venues around Europe and the world, including Space, Ibiza and The End in
London.

Andy aims to put the party back into house, both embracing and defying the genre labeling
of the fidget house sound. “I hate the label “Fidget House”, that genre name was
created as a joke, and there’s so much more to house music right now” he says.
“Hopefully I’m able to add something different to the scene and just aim to make fun
jump-up, crunked-up music that makes people dance."

Andy has collaborated with fellow Potty Mouth Music and Moda artist, Scott Cooper for
their latest EP, “The Cooper and George EP” (2008) – with growing support from the
biggest names in the industry - expect this Potty Mouth EP to explode!

 POTTY MOUTH MUSIC (Chicago):
  www.pottymouthmusic.com

Screw soap the mouth; the brand of jack that defines Chicago's new-school house sound
gets a tech-heavy makeover from the talent roster of Potty Mouth Music. Inspired by the
dirty glitch twists of fidget house producers such as Switch, Trevor Loveys and Jesse
Rose, Potty Mouth ditches conventional house boundaries, imploring turntable trickery,
unconventional loops and straight up techno into its catalogue of tracks. Chicago-based
label head James Amato keeps house-heavy influences in place and lacing them with the
kind of dirty glitch that makes it feel so good to be so bad. Potty Mouth's artists
include The Crookers (Italy), Santiago & Bushido (Chicago), HiJack (England), DJ Fame
(New York), The Bulgarian (England), HeavyFeet (UK), Cops & Robbers (Chicago), Electric
Soulside (Belgium), Andy George (UK), Scott Cooper (UK), Mightyfools (Netherlands), Adam
Bozzetto (Australia) + Many more coming soon!
