We are an Sydney based Events management company with contracts with a few venues in
Sydney city. We are looking for an experienced DJ who has a high standard of mixing
ability, has used Pioneer CDJ1000s and plays commercial Dance and Hi-Nrg R&B. 

1) The most important factor is that the DJ must be able to 'read' a crowd so they can
play the right type of genre and song choice to 'manipulate' the mood and atmosphere.
2) The second most important factor is that the DJ must be able to quickly and smoothly
mix between songs - sometimes within 8 bars.

All applicants are to submit a brief outline in microsoft word format of their dj
background, what songs they would play and a video/audio recording of them mixing
(youtube link).
