This is just a stab in the dark, but i might get lucky...do any of you guys remember the
c7 cafe? i've noticed the venue is now vaccant, would anyone know how i could get in
contact with the property manager, i've called several real estate agents around town
with out any luck...

any info would be great

I've been trying/thinking the exact same things.  My crew are keen for a monthly venue but
have been unable to find c7's peeps.
Let us know if you have any luck, all we want is one night a month.

Sorry if this reply is too late for your purposes... I'm not here much. But it may help
for future reference. You can contact the Toowoomba City Council to ask to the owner's
details, of any business property. You have to do this in person, and there is a fee of
$9.20 for this service.
