at plaça de la universitat you ll find a subway station (red 
and purple lines - direct connection to la sagrada familia), 
the busstop for the aerobus (direct connection from the 
airport) and about 20 other busstops (for instance to go 
directly to parc guell and the main gay beaches). the 
macba, plaça catalunya, the rambla, passeig de gracia, 
gaudi s casa battlo and la pedera, are all to be reached 
within 10 minutes by foot. 

the apartment has two spacious double bedrooms (both 
with private balcony), a salon (also with balcony), and also 
a modern bathroom and kitchen. the apartment building is 
a restored modernista building (a protected landmark) and 
the apartment has original features, like high, ornamented 
ceilings and mosaic floors. the three balconies face the 
street and have sun all afternoon.
