SUBMIT YOUR MATERIAL ONLINE OR BY MAIL!!! Signed artists rely on record labels to promote themselves...us independent artists need to rely on each other! Since there is no application fee and the purpose of this project is to build a community, artists who are chosen will be required to purchase a minimum of 5 CD's for $20, which they can then turn around and ideally sell at their shows, not only making their investment plus more back, but also helping themselves as well as their fellow independent musicians gain exposure. Please only submit material if you are interested in helping yourself as well as others! Submissions may be in .MP3 format, however if your song is selected you will be required to provide an original CD version of the song or .WAV file for quality purposes. Submissions should include: Song(s) you want us to consider, typed lyrics, author of music and lyrics, brief description of band/artist, contact information for notification of selections. After we select the artists we would like to include on the CD, we will notify you by email with an attachment form for you to sign and mail in with your payment for the CDs. No one will be allowed to be on the CD until we receive their signed form, as well as, their payment. Also, I was able to secure a local venue for a monthly showcase evening for L.A. Independent Artists of the Month!! That means, not only do you get on a CD, but you also a venue to play at during the month your CD is released!
