As many of you know, Florida is losing a lot of production work to Louisiana and New
Mexico.  Florida needs better tax incentives and rewards to bring more industry to the
state.  Please email Ken Pruitt and Jeb Bush and any and/or all of the representatives at
the bottom of this message. 

Your opinion and your vote counts and directly contributes to bringing more work to this
state.  Right now, not enough film industry people are contacting them so they do not
think this is a priority.  Please send them an email and ask them to make the film
industry in Florida a priority and bring more work to the area. DO NOT send an angry
email.  Sincerity and a simple please will go a very long way.  

Watch for an upcoming forum where the industry meets with government representatives and
appeals to them in person.  I just want you folks to be aware that the reason there isn’t
a lot of work in this state has a lot to do with these policies. So, let’s all pitch in to
be heard and bring more work here. 

Film Florida needs your help if we are going to compete and build a workload like what
New Mexico, and Louisiana has right now. Please act on this and show your passion and
professionalism. It's the right thing and right time to do it. Although you should do it
all the time or at best any time you have a chance to. Help us help you please.

I wrote three letters to the same effect, and mass mailed them to all of those emails.
It's just that easy to help bring more productions to Florida, which brings more jobs for
you and I.

add you to the list of Florida Film activists. They need big numbers to show in meetings
with Jeb.
