The legendary Matter/:Form boat party returns for a special
reunion with the DJ duo that made it famous - Layo &
Bushwacka! Get ready to kick off the season with smooth tech-house
stylings, dirty basslines, rockin’ grooves and dancing on the high seas for an
unforgettable adventure. The Paddlewheel Queen will sail for four hours along the NYC
bridges and around the Statue of Liberty for an extraordinary evening of dancing and
sailing under the open skies.

Over the years the Matter/:Form parties believed that good music and good people produced
good parties. They brought this in spades with artists such as mainstays Layo &
Bushwacka!, Mr. C, Richie Hawtin, Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Francis Harris, Evil Eddie
Richards, Grant Dell, Ralph Lawson, Three, Sean Cusick, Jay Tripwire, Tyler Stadius, etc
to various NYC venues including Centro-Fly, Sullivan Room and the sea-worthy Paddlewheel
Queen. They were the first event producers to bring cutting edge underground electronic
music to the East River with their tech-house oriented boat parties. Three years on and
the Matter/:Form boat parties still evoke smiles and lasting memories of incredible
world-class electronic dance music outside of the confines of a dark nightclub amidst a
unique NYC backdrop.

Layo & Bushwacka! have been responsible for some of dance
music’s most ground-breaking and unique moments including the massive ‘Love
Story’ single, a worldwide smash hit. Now Bushwacka! is armed with his latest release
“Remember” on the duo’s new label Olmeto Records. The track was ubiquitous at this
year’s Winter Music Conference and has been making the dancefloor rounds across the
globe.

Adultnapper (the artist formerly known as Francis Harris)
has been a mainstay on the underground music circuit with buzz still circling his Winter
Music Conference performances at the Made Event Sunday School for Degenerates and AM Only
parties. After multiple releases on well-respected labels such as Steve Bug's
Audiomatique, Dirt Crew, Mr. C's Superfreq and Mule Electronic, Adultnapper is poised for
his debut release "Maxwell's Demon" on his new label Ransom Note in June 2007. He is
continuing his collaborations with Mr. C, producing and DJing together as the Sycophant
Slags at Superfreq events worldwide with more USA dates TBA for August 2007.

In 1995 Layo opened The End, a purpose-built club dedicated to breaking new music to the
right people. Layo and Bushwacka! released their first album 'Low Life' on End
Recordings, the label that begun life the day The End opened. Since its release in the
summer of 2002, Layo and Bushwacka!s second long player 'Night Works' has become an
underground word of mouth. Last year they continued their legacy with the release of
‘Feels Closer’, their third and finest album to date on their own label Olmeto
Records. For this album they decided to re-charge their batteries by leaving London and
recorded the album in Brooklyn, New York.

New York has always been a city of inspiration for Layo & Bushwacka! and now they’re
back here to unleash their new music, creative energy and vibrant buzz from their Olmeto
residency at The End in London, to sail down the East River on the Paddlewheel Queen. Bon
Voyage!
