Please HELP !

Someone lent me their PC complete with REBIRTH 2x and REASON.  I've figured out how to
use both these programs basically and have got reason and rebirth to run together and
separately OK.  BUT --- 

I need to:

patch drum outputs from a rebirth track (using REWIRE/ rebirth input machine) using drum
sounds from reason and also to patch the lead synth lines from rebirth to reason. I know
the basics - i just need to know which wires on the 'back' of reason racks go FROM where
TO where !

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!
