Don't shop at Bright Ideas in Royal Oak.

I bought a flimy dresser from them last year and returned it. They said the product was
"destroyed" yet they offered to assemble it?


I contacted the Better Business Bureau AND the Attorney General. In both cases the store
refused to refund my money.

Now I have to contact the Attorney General AGAIN about a lousy $300. 


Any other store like say Marshall Fields or Target would not be dicking me around like
this.


Don't shop here at all because they are assholes. To be such a SMALL store they have a
BIG attitude problem.
