Sacramento Spirit's is an adult (18 and over) cheerleading squad in Sacramento, CA. Currently, we are seeking members to join us for the 2003-2004 season. We're looking for members with experience, or those that have never cheered a day in their life! We are like any other squad. We meet 1-2x a week for practice where we learn various dances and stunt techniques, as well as routines. We then perform at various events and venues!
