This year, my best friend told me that she wants to spend Halloween in the Castro. I think it would be fun, but I don't know anytihng about the environment, standard protocol, or whatnot. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could give me any information about costumes, behaviour, protocol, anything I should know before I go.
