He has applied to the City of Vancouver for a liquor licence. He needs you to email the city and let them know that Vancouver is in dire need of a Super Club like The Vogue and that they should welcome him with open arms to the strip. Please also let the city know that you take your FUN seriously and that you don't like being asked to leave clubs at 3:30 in the morning and that you want to dance all night long, just like all the other big cities.
