Hi,
this Friday is our last Friday at The Jubilee, we then move to Saturdays for the rest of July.
This Friday is SCHVERKRAFT. Its the night of Industrial and EBM. The night we play lots n' lotsa Nine Inch Nails/VNV Nation/Mindless Self Indulgence/Rob Zombie/KMFDM/Combichrist etc. I'm sure we'll again be playing THAT SONG for all the trekies out there - Locutus Of Borg . Set phasers for Dance .
On the giveaway front we have a ticket to the VNV NATION concert on Thursday 14th August, at the Step Inn. As well as a copy of the VNV Nation album FuturePerfect. It contains that perenial instrumental favorite Electronaut as well as Epicentre, Beloved and Fearless.
Dvd wise we'll be playing the VNV Nation FuturePerfect world tour, a bunch of filmclips from acts such as Front Line Assembley/Funker Vogt and Razed In Black and the movies Nightwatch and Daywatch( directors cut).
We only have 4 more weeks left at The Jubilee. The new owners are moving the hotel to a Food/Corporate/work functions venue.
We were offered to stay longer with 2 dates in August and 1 each in September and October before the new direction is complete. But instead have accepted an offer to move to another venue.
This means this is the last Schverkraft with our huge dance floor, smoking balcony and chillout rooms. So this week take advantage.
We've also completely changed our July dates around to fit in with a range of Birthdays and interstate visitors.
New dates are:
July 12th -FAITH
July 19th LOVECATS
July 26th- MOLOTOV.
