"There's nothing about her music that fits into a box. But she writes great songs, performs them with conviction, has a voice that can stop you in your tracks, make you believe.” Noel Mengel, The Courier Mail.
“We all know Queensland is a hotbed of talent, but Kate Bradley is hotter than the bitument-bubbling heat wave out-side.” Matt Connors, Time Off.
"Bradley holds a steady course and explores her taste for atmospheric guitar friction.."
Craig Mathieson (Sydney Morning Herald) **** - The Courier Mail, Brisbane, Australia *** - The Sydney Morning Herald, Sydney, Australia *** ˝ - RAVE Magazine, Brisbane, Australia
Kate Bradley is lyrically driven. Her music is stunning, diverse and poetic. In 2007, Kate was named as an artist to watch by Billboard. She performed at St Jerome’s Laneway Festival in Brisbane, has supported the likes of the Audrey’s and Shifter, and performed on the same bills as The Vines, Paul Kelly, Whitley, and Old Man River at SXSW in March 2008.
“The Deeper The Sand” is an independent release and completely self-funded by Kate. The album is available from her website, iTunes, CD Baby and at performances.
Future Events: 23/8 - The Empress & 24/8 - Pure Pop Records
