See below for descriptions, or choose an option from the menu to the left.
* Purple Stage ( Polysonic & Mystery Machine )
The Purple Stage features a host of cutting edge musicians selected from the far reaches of the globe as well as our own backyard. The lines of genre will be dissipated with a truly diverse and creative journey through sound, sight, vibration & time. The stage runs non-stop for the 3-day length of the festival, pausing only for the indigenous & opening ceremonies. The Purple Stage is programmed by Polysonic & Mystery Machine - the founding crews behind the Quantum Relic festival.
* Green Stage ( Samsara Music )
The Green Stage wields a broad selection of AustraliaÂ's finest artists and DJs (as well as some international guests) showcasing the local talent available, rivalling that of the international scene. Setting a more relaxed vibe with sounds ranging from the deepest reaches of minimal techno, house and electronica, the Green Stage will also be blessed with disco, electro and techno, finishing up with a trance and progressive outburst throughout Sunday. The Green Stage is programmed by Samsara Music, with 2008 marking their addition to the Quantum Relic team.
* Market Stage
Filled with performances and music from burlesque & freak shows to chilled beats & acoustic sessions, The Market Stage will keep you entertained no matter what your mood. Adjoined to the Quantum Café and markets precinct, this bizarre bazaar provides a space to put your feet up with a coffee while you catch a show, or maybe just cloud gaze in the sun to an eclectic soundscape.
* Cinema
Pull up a beanbag and make yourself at home in front of the Quantum Relic big screen. The cinema is the space to sit down and absorb new and interesting audio visual delicacies - all of which are hand picked to entertain, enlighten or ignite the senses. Documentaries and cinematic oddities from around the globe have been selected by special guest programmers including West End's Trash Video.
* Workshops
The workshop component forms an important aspect of festival life; bringing together generations of people to share information and practical skills for the benefit and advancement of the community. The Saturday program covers everything from age old bush survival knowledge to the latest cutting edge music production techniques. There is truly something for everyone in this yearÂ's selection of speakers and special guests.
* Quantum Café
The Quantum Café is probably the comfiest space in the festival Â- grab some cake, a tea or some coffee and kick off your dancing shoes for a while. ItÂ's the perfect place to have a chat with friends, watch the passers by, or maybe even just work out what to experience nextÂ. ..
