Peats Ridge Sustainable Music Festival
29th December 2008 - 1st January 2009
Three days of festival bliss in the gorgeous Glenworth Valley, one hour North of Sydney.
Now in its fifth year, Peats Ridge will once again play host to a huge selection of bands you know and love, as well as bands that we love and you may not yet know. This year we are introducing two venues dedicated solely to performance, cabaret, new media, projection and soundscape art.
Peats Ridge is a lot more than just a music festival. There is a huge range of entertainment on offer to keep you busy over your stay. We won’t be releasing exact details about what’s happening at the Festival for a few more weeks but what we can tell you is that this year there will be:
* 10 stages of music and performance
* 2 dedicated theatrical and new media venues
* A huge array of installation art and roving performance
* The Ecoliving Village with workshops and information on ways to help you live more sustainably
* Kids on the Hill children’s festival featuring different stages and areas for all ages.
* The Healing Haven of Bliss area with all types of massage, wellbeing and healing.
* Our New Years Eve Fancy Dress parade
And of course don’t forget the beautiful riverside camping with the usual swimming, chilling, camping and hanging out with the wildlife.
