BASIC [BNE/Israel]
Basic are Benny Risher & Shahar Fahima. The duo, both hailing from northern Israel, met at a party a little over two years ago where Shahar was the DJ. They teamed up and started producing together under the name Basic. Benny, born in 1974, started his psy days as early as 1994 while in his twenties. After 4 years of traveling in Goa, India and Thailand, he came back to Israel in 1998 and formed the "Diablo" project together with Avihen Livna (a.k.a Cosma R.I.P ). Following the release of the "Diablo" album, Benny suffered a serious back injury and didn't write music for a couple of years. In 2003, he produced & released a track under the name Experience X that was a tribute to "Cosma".
Shahar, born in 1982, studied composing and started making music at the age of 16. He experimented with different kinds of sounds and by the time he was 18, started producing psytrance tracks under the name "Spasm". Both of Basic’s drivers, Benny & Shahar comes from similar musical backgrounds that include classical music, reggae, rock, and even the blues.

TETRAMETH-is Peter Hayes,musician & producer based in Melbourne,Australia. Peter has been producing his own breed of slick psychedelic trance since around August 2003. Mastering the art of several instruments growing up,making the shift from playing in bands, to writting and producing in a studio was an inevitable and easy transition.
Tetrameth's sound has been described as an extremly original concoction. Cleverly constructed progressive psy-trance with an unmistakably organic undertone. Add a technical edge ,truly making the end result a beast of its own.
Peter graduated with a diploma in contemporary music,majoring in guitar at the 'Conservatorium of Music' on the North Coast of NSW. Playing in bands for several years, Peter is producing psy trance at a world-class level, truly pushing and surpassing boundaries previously set within the genre. A genre or style he likes to call 'Technical Progressive'.

Sensient is Tim Larner, from Melbourne, Australia. The Sensient sound ranges from dark minimal, to deep tech-trance, to funky minimal, to smooth morning progressive, but always with a psychedelic bent and an increasing emphasis on pure musicality. It steers clear of the generic cheese trance so prevalent in today’s psytrance scene, instead offering deep, intelligent music whilst maintaining the dance floor factor. Decoy was founded over 8 years ago by Ian Chaplin & Philip Rex. Over that time they have evolved into one of the unique progressive psy-trance live acts around today. They have performed regularly at Earthcore & Rainbow Serpent, as well as playing at St. Kilda festival, Earthdance both in Melbourne and Sydney, Winter and Summer solstice parties, and most music venues in and around Melbourne. Also they have played parties and club gigs in Sydney, Noumea and Tahiti.
Both Ian and Philip have a long list of musical backgrounds, with jazz being the schooling, and building blocks of their respective careers. They have been active in the Melbourne Psy-Trance scene since 1999. Decoy is building on these foundations to produce music which reflects their backgrounds, but looks to the future, and they believe this to lie in forms of electronic music. The focus of the last 6 years has been with progressive psy-trance, as this is ,stylistically, the music that inspires them, and allows total freedom for self expression. Chwen discovered Psytrance in 2001, and fell in love with the style. Through the sounds of psychedelic trance he found what he was looking for in music: magik - a new way of connecting with his higher self. After playing at a local party with Trancemission, a well-known progressive trance act from Mexico City, he was invited to form part of their record label called Nebular Hypott, now part of the Iboga Records Mexico. Since then he has played in almost all of the important festivals in Monterrey, as well as playing all over Mexico. A resident DJ at Café Iguana, the biggest trance nightclub in Monterrey, Mexico until travelling to Melbourne to bring some Mexican magic to the scene in Australia. He has shared stage with some of the biggest national and international acts in the world such as: Azax Syndrome, Bubble, CPU, Dark Soho, Liquid Ross, Menog, Mexican Trance Mafia, Phyx, Psipsiq Jikury, Psysex, Refer Decree, Rinkadink, Trancemission, Teen Sluts, Tron, Unos Fonks, among many others. He has been invited to play all over Mexico where he is well known and respected, and once asked to play in the United States. In the near future he will be entrancing us with his own musical project that will create a truly psychedelic experience. The styles he plays ranges from Minimal trance to Progressive trance and Psytrance. In his sets you will find funky beats mixed with magical frequencies and mellow tunes, always creating the perfect blend between night and day leading you into his mischievous, magical, mysterious parallel multi-verses.
