The Town of Bassendean is inviting the whole community to join them at their first *FREE* and fun filled carbon offset event called 'Planet Earth Festival'.
Live bands will entertain crowds over the two-day festival. Other entertainment will include a street parade on the Sunday involving local school children, as well as street performers and buskers. Delightful delicacies from local food vendors will be there to tempt the taste buds, and there will be amusement rides to keep the adults and the kids on their toes.
Balloon artists and Old MacDonald's farm will be ready to impress and for the first time ever, a Freestyle BMX competition will take place over the two days of the festival, with a ghetto style theme and an attractive amount of prize money up for grabs.
