Sydneys vibrant and longest running, Latin American Music and Dance Festival celebrates its 30th birthday at Bondi this summer!
The Bondi Pavilions South American Festival, will mark the occasion with a huge line up of entertainment and dance workshops over 7 hours and across 3 stages.
The best of Australia s Latin performers will be at the festival, including Latin jazz favourites ESPIRITO, Afro Colombian rock roots dynamos WATUSSI and salsa sensations SARAGUEY. A s a special birthday treat many of the great festival veterans, including Maria Cuevas, join together to form a SOUTH AMERICAN ALL STAR BAND that will keep you up and dancing.
The BRAZILIAN LATIN DANCE COMPANY will provide an extravaganza of Brazilian drumming, costume and dance, while CAPOEIRA BRASIL will put on a dynamic show to take your breathe away.
Therell be free Latin Dance Workshops throughout the day for festival goers.
The upstairs Seagull Room of the Bondi Pavilion will pump out the best Salsa, Reggaeton, and Latin House featuring some of Australia s top DJs and the LA FIESTA COLLECTIVE will be sure to keep the party jumping with a star studded line up of musicians and DJs.
