NOOB (TURBO RECORDINGS/FRANCE) BIO:
Hailing from Bordeaux, France, just like his sidekick Djedjotronic, Noob was originally spotted by French DJ Popof who asked him to remix his hit track "Serenity ". Very quickly a constant demand grew for Noobs remixes. From Brodinski on label Turbo, TIGA for a remix of his single "Shoes " which ended up sitting at the top of the charts for weeks, D.I.M. & TAI on Boysnoize Records, Zero 7 on legendary label Atlantic Within a few months Noob, who was discreetly working on electronica-influenced tracks, has become a well-known producer in great demand since the biggest names in the electro scene have asked to work with him. The "Peanuts Club " LP (Turbo) in collaboration with Brodinski was released in 2009 and was also a huge success, playlisted by DJs around the world.
Noob is currently working on numerous projects (LP, collaborations) and is touring around the globe. His last remix to date : Laidback & Lee Mortimer on Fools Gold, Canadian artist A-TRAKs label. So much could be said about this free spirits impressive early career, who combines electronica influences with house and techno, with a bullet-proof ear for melody. Noob has recently announced a second LP was already in the works; a close eye is definitely to be kept on this talented artist.
MATT WALSH (TURBO RECORDINGS/CLOUDED VISION/UK) BIO:
Living outside London amongst a rave scene in 92-95 and hearing of parties on the local pier headed by The Prodigy and Altern 8, Matt was desperate to be old enough to be a part of it. When Matt emerged onto the scene he was seen by Tiga at T-Bar in London where he impressed Tiga with his DJing and style. He then produced two great podcasts for Sid Loves Turbo and has been touring with Turbo Recordings on their Omnidance tour of North America. Now a Turbo Resident and resident at T Bar and Durrr in London Matt can also been seen regularly at Bugged Out!, Wax:On and venues across Europe.
Matt is know for his varied music style, ranging from New Wave, Acid House and Disco to Electronic House and Techno. Matt is also part of a production duo, Clouded Vision, formed alongside Steve Cook. Their first track Satur8 was picked up and played by Tiga and used in his best of 2007 podcast. Clouded Vision are working on their EP for Turbo Recordings, with a few tracks already being played by DJ friends, and further remixes for The Infadels, Micron 63 and Brodinski as we speak.
