Yes, we're back with another Thursday of the best techno in town. But hold up! This isn't just any Thursday night, oh no. Being Easter, this is the first night of a four day weekend! Which means two things - 1) we're laying on an extra special WEPLAYMUSIC for you this month, and 2) with no work on Friday, there's no excuse for not coming down and throwing shapes til dawn!

Whipping the peak time dancefloor into a frenzy, we're pleased to host one of our very favourite DJs and producers, the insanely talented. ..
:: MAX COOPER (Traum)
Combining a turntablist's skill behind the decks with an ear for the perfect musical ebbs and flows, you can trust Max to craft a set of exquisite precision, as he takes the basic building blocks of techno and twists them into new shapes and in new directions. In other words, take a dash of glitched up electronica, some warm emotive melodies, driving minimal rhythms, and add them to straight up dancefloor appeal, and you can expect a set that's intelligent, banging, and most of all, a truckload of fun.
With some massive remixes for the likes of Extrawelt, Dominik Eulberg, and Abe Duque, alongside his own critically acclaimed tracks on Traum Schallplatten, 2009 was a big year for Max, and we reckon 2010 is going to be even bigger!

As if that wasn't enough, joining us on the night will be our good friends Rupert Worthington & Rubin, resident DJs and co-promoters of Dalston house and techno night Make Me. If you've been to Make Me then you'll know that the boys are experts at throwing epic roadblocked parties, with an underground house and techno sound that's a little bit groovy, a little bit techy, a lot banging, and totally our cup of tea.

But wait, there's more. .. Adding to the already stellar line up we have none other than our good friend Dodie Haight. Dodie recently played at our February event and impressed us that much we invited him back for more.

And, of course, WEPLAYMUSIC residents Simon Ledder and Mattie Twentythree will there to play all their favourite skippy techno, italo-y disco, deep and techy house, and anything else that's electronic, melodic, and good to dance to.
