Calling all ac-tea-vists! It’s 25 years of
Fairtrade, and ethical tea brand Clipper is shouting loudly to make sure every
cuppa counts.

On June 11, head down to Boxpark Shoreditch to swap your tea
for a Fairtrade Clipper box - and learn about the impact you can make, all just
from choosing a tea that does good.

Why? All of the Clipper range is either Fairtrade or organic
and even the teabags themselves are plastic free.

Guest speakers (including Mike Gidney, chief executive at
Fairtrade and Anna de la Vega, director at Urban Worm) will be there on the day
to spark debate around all things sustainabili-tea, so you can learn more about
doing good and making a difference.

There is so much you probably don’t know that goes into the humble cuppa and
Clipper is calling on people to come down and learn about all the cool stuff
(and not so cool stuff) that goes into making a typical cup of tea. All the
while proving that tea can be a force for good… when you make the right choice.

Clipper says: “The journey from crop to cup can be a
challenging one but we believe everyone wants to make good choices. You’ll be
blown away by the impact you can make just from choosing a good tea. We were
the UK’s first Fairtrade tea company 25 years ago, proudly carrying the mark
and even helping write the Fairtrade standards.

“Today, we’re the world’s largest Fairtrade tea brand,
working with partner estates who adhere to Fairtrade Standards and pay workers
fairly. Small changes make a big difference and we want people to think about
how these small swaps can actually be a big force for good. ”
