The Festival of World Cultures is now in its 8th year and is one of Irelands largest and most succesfully festivals. Last year attracting an audience of over 250,000 people to the 140+ events the festival features top international music artists, dance, street theatre and an array of workshops and markets. The festival runs in over 40 venues and starts from twelve noon. As the sun goes down and the kids get tired the fetsival then heads in doors to various clubs around Dun Laoghaire. This years festival promises to be the biggest and best yet and is not to be missed for lovers of world music.
