The Isotopia Festival is an all ages, all faiths, all tribes, alcohol and drug free, family friendly event to celebrate life and our clean Northern Territory environment through art, music, film and dance.
We seek to bring all different people from throughout the NT and Australia together to collectively seek solutions to the common problem for all of us, the nuclearisation of Australia.
Musically an outstanding lineup of bands and soundsmiths will be presenting a broad fusion of genres including hip hop, drum & bass, doof, trance in all of its sub genres, experimental electronica, atmospheric, tribal, power funk, reggae, jungle, electro dub, roots & dancehall, disco and probably more.
For your intellectual and informational pleasure we will be presenting a range of cutting edge Australian films and documentaries that highlight the problems we are all facing from the expansion of the nuclear industry in Australia.
A range of highly educated speakers will be making presentations concerning various aspects of the mining/power/weapons/waste cycles, the impact of this cycle on local and indigenous communities.
