Can I organise to send my event info out to spraci users?

If you have added an event to the listings by using the "add event" forms
(and were logged in) then you have a "mailing list" option for your own events.

People can go to a form (linked from the info page for each of your events) and enter their email address to receive more info.

You can send mail to these people from a form by going to "mailing list" in "my events".

This will only send mail to people who have signed up to receive more info from listings for YOUR events. (not events added by other people)

We respect the privacy of our users and will not give out their email addresses (or other personal information such as postal addresses or phone numbers) to third parties without first asking for their permission.

If you want to send out information to all spraci users who have ticked that its ok for us send them stuff on their registration form you will have to wait till we set up a newsletter. (which won't happen until there are either some people with the time to create it for each area/city/country or we build something to generate it automatically with appropriate local content to keep it interesting for users in different cities/countries).

If we do set up a newletter then you can of course contact us with information you wish us to include in it.
(but not until a newletter exists or we are planning to send a general mail out to our users for some other reason such as administrative changes, or an important announcement about spraci, etc)

To list your event on spraci go to the ADD EVENT form and enter the details.
