| THE PROGRAM is all about sparking connections between young people and the arts community. Recognising that arts and creativity mean something different for everyone. One man's opera is another man's grunge; oils to one woman, pixels to another.
THE PROGRAM was established as an Australia Council initiative in 2001 and is managed within the noise festival.
