| Luna City are back. Three years since the fulminate start of the Berlin situated DJ and producer duo, now, after a short break, the new EP “Seven” follows on Moon Harbour. In the meantime Norman Webber and Marco Resmann have in no way been dormant. Besides countless international DJ-gigs, they published two EPs on the Spanish labels Aerobic Studio and Justified Cause in 2007. Despite the great demand Luna City Express remain however true to their port of registry Moon Harbour. Following the hit songs »Fresh«, »White Russian« and the »Crazy Planet EP« the two new tracks confess a new aspect of the duo. »Seven« (A1) stays surprisingly reduced. The typical deep until whimsical house sound from Luna City Express builds up only little by little. Various vocal samples, a funk bass here and an interspersed Scifi-element there, more the both do not need. »Suki Zuki« (A2) in turn is a live recording of a successful jam session after a gig in Japan. The beat goes unflinching; in the background two Japanese friends are talking - recorded at the restaurant Suki Zuki. At any time saxophone and pipe commence mixing up with a bright chord. The Swiss producer Agnés, known for numerous releases and his own label Sthlmaudio Recordings, tightens »Seven« with two remixes even more for the dance floor.
