Preferred Vibe : Large crowds with a small room feel really go off. I love to be able to feel the non-verbal communication between not only myself and the punters, but between themselves. I get full satisfaction from seeing the grins on the punters' faces as I mould them from swaying dancers into sweating disciples.

Favourite Events: Low-key dance events with thumpin' sound systems, a half decent lighting rig and a next-to-nothing door charge.

In The Future: Dabbling in production and remixing, but of course, to continue working a crowd.

Social Comments: The Perth scene is really thriving at the moment with a lot of clubs specialising in diverse genres. It's good to see punters able to know what to expect from a club rather than the old "Well, we'll check it out in here and see what it's like tonight." Unfortunately, even with the multitude of DJs and so-called DJs that Perth has to offer (and a lot of new talent) there still seems to be a lack DJs who have mastered to techniques of working a crowd, both from a playlist and a mixing angle.
