Style of music: Funked up tribal house, some vocal stuff, nothing too hard.

Preferred Vibe : I prefer smaller events here to larger events (such as those in Beijing). A small, up-for-it crowd who just want to dance to cool music is much more fun than a really serious but large crowd.

Favourite Events: Anything at the Empire, Milk (good vibe, keen crowd).

Favourite Moments: Dropping 'Blue Monday' by New Order (a song from 1987!) and seeing a 50 year old guy dancing harder than anyone else. A classic.

In The Future: DJing is a hobby that I don't try to take too seriously. Perhaps fiddling around with production and promotion of events in Brisbane and China.

Social Comments: Brisbane is still so underground compared to most of the other cities. While this is a good thing generally, it often means that really good events go unnoticed and unattended. If we want the scene here to grow we have to represent.
