A recent news piece on CNN Prime News Tonight with Erica Hill revealed evidence that microwave popcorn could be harmful to your health. In the news piece it was discovered that Fluorooctanoic Acid was shown to be in high levels in microwave popcorn bags.

Fluorooctanoic Acid, which is added to the microwave-popcorn bags as a resistant coating, releases onto the popcorn when the bag is heated up and is then absorbed into the bloodstream and stays there for a long time. This chemical appears to be carcinogenic in lab animals. The FDA is now studying the affects of this chemical in greater detail.

But DJs got so bent out of shape over how to categorize a particular track or producer, they often seemed to drown in the sea of minutiae. The Band Biography

Y2N and Aruya met at 19th march 2003 on a band and they discovered a new concept of music, mix of GOTHIC, PSYCHEDELIC and CLASSIC. Each of band personel is ex from some well known local stage band. And then we Gathered since 2003 on june 5th, our first formation are Y2N(vox, piano, string), Aruya(geetarz), Belly'd(low end), Juffreax(beat maker) as SILENCE OF SADIE. We're focusing on a stage and recording band. After a few month with stage performance and a few demo's, the drummer (juffreax) freak out and dissapear (we never heard any of his news at all). The show must go on , after he left, just three of us still working on the recording studio, fixing and making new concept. In latest December 2003, two members are joining with us, Coco(drum) and Sea-gate(keyboard , programmer) and in early january 2004 we're completely fixed and we change our band name as SADIE till now. 'One To Watch' - Tilllate

Michael Morph has been busy readying his much-anticipated album for Pure Mint, and here is the leadoff single Go Cat Go!.

Built around a mirth-making robotic voice intoning the familiar lyric from rock 'n' roll standard, 'Blue Suede Shoes', this catchy fidgety electro cut almost recalls Daft Punk in its skilful use of a simple-yet-deadly computerised vocal. With plenty of freaky noises and an absurdly infectious pitching bassline to satisfy the headz, this is a welcome return to the fray from somebody tipped by all the dance press as a DJ/producer to watch.
