Having been producing fine electronic bleeps and blips for more than seven years, as well as regularly playing live to road test the tunes, boomstix debut is a journey through danceable beats that struts like it's wearing a brand new tracksuit with matching trainers

For almost 15 years, Wellington-based artist The Nomad has attracted sell out crowds to his shows, received acclaim for his sublime production work alongside highly respected artists including the likes of Mad Professor, Jamaican singer-songwriter Luciano, Tiki Taane (Salmonella Dub), King Kapisi, MC Antsman (Rhombus), Tehimana Kerr (Fat Freddys Drop) and The Black Seeds front man Barnaby Weir, in between releasing five albums. With his special blend of hip hop, drum 'n' bass, soul, jazz, trip hop and dub, The Nomad now steps forward with 'Selected Works' an album featuring a collection of the finest moments from the last 10 years. To co-inside with the tour, The Nomad will be visiting Australian shores for a tour early 2008.
