Russia's Black Sea Fleet boosted security at its navigational facilities on Sunday amid a dispute with Ukraine over a lighthouse linked to the fleet in the Crimean city of Yalta, a navy spokesman said.

"Security at the Black Sea Fleet's navigational facilities has been tightened," Igor Dygalo was quoted by the Inter fax news agency as saying. "If further attempts are made to seize the fleet's facilities or to enter them, security will be tightened even further."

Lifted from their 'No Rest' album released in May 08, independent Hip Hop/ Rock eight piece Casual Projects emerge from the nations capital with their oh so catchy third single 'Time'. Having grabbed the attention of radio and TV with their first two singles earlier this year, there is no doubt that 'Time' will be hot property in the tick of a clock.

Setting the bench-mark high, Casual Projects' first single 'Move Along' earned the band a position as one of the winners of the International Songwriting Competition in the top 15 songs of the pop category ahead of 15,000 others. It then went on to be selected as a Rage 'Indie Clip of the Week' and was flogged by Channel V on their 'New Stock' show. The party was a terrific celebration of over a year's hard work. Recording began on the album during March of 2007. Tim had located the independent production team of Counter Clockwise Music through an association with Mike Stephens who hosts a podcast in Wayne, MI. Producer Mark Meisel heard the track 'Renegade' on Mike's podcast and became interested in contacting Tim.

That's how the story begins. The rest, as they say, is history. The collaboration between Tim Young Band; Tim Young, rhythm guitar and lead vocals; and Sand Edwards, drums; and all involved from Counter Clockwise has been, in my humble opinion, a smashing success.
