Hesam Faryad (Singer, lyricist & Melodist) was born on September 8th, 1980 in Tehran, Iran. As an only child, and with his parents by his side, he grew up in his grandfathers traditional house. Court turns down museum logo claim

Three designers who claimed the newly-designed logo of the Palace Museum violated copyrights of their own designs have lost their case.

The trio all put forward their own images for selection when the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, invited new logo suggestions from the public last year.

But in May this year, museum leaders announced none of the applications from the public were accepted, and turned to Beijing Ideal Design Art Company to design the logo instead.

Yesterday, the Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court rejected accusations from three designers Zhu Yanyue from Anhui, Hong Qingqi from Fujian and Xiang Baiping from Shaanxi that the design, which was unveiled in July, copied their own efforts.

New York, NY; - John DeTitta, screenwriter, recently completed the final chapter of his screenplay, Manic Ride. The screenplay is about an optimistic, highly creative and passionate entrepreneur who struggles through his desire to create and the obstacles he faces in the business world.

John DeTitta originally wrote the screenplay in 2001 "Yes, it was somewhat autobiographical with a lot of creative additions," said John DeTitta. In 2002 he began presenting it to a number of production companies, in the hopes of securing a film deal. After two years, John DeTitta placed his screenplay into the hands of one of the most notable and successful productions companies in the industry.
