Dan England first came to wider knowledge by placing fourth in 2005's Australian Idol contest. After spending 2006 as support for Shannon Noll and doing his own east coast run, Dan proved himself not only to be talented singer, but also an accomplished musician and songwriter. In late 2006, the release of Dan's debut single 'Reason to Fly' was warmly received by radio around the country. Dan's debut EP includes tracks co-written with Tim Henwood (Super Jesus and Rogue Traders) and Jellyfish music (Pulp and George ) who combined forces to produce his debut release which climbed to number five on Itunes and AIR (Australian independent) charts. It's called The Eternal and will be released on vinyl, CD and digitally via Matador Records on June 9th (although details are imminent of a special Buy Early Get Now thingamy).
