Unemployment Records, Jerry Criner aka Cryout, has released two cds, Righteous Medication For The Soul, and Cryout From The Cherokee Nation. Cryout From The Cherokee Nation is Recordings from Cryouts solo act. Cryout uses electronic drumms and plays guitar when he dose a solo show. The sound has that same punch as if the whole Cryout family and friends band is playng in front of you. Cryout most of the time records these shows to mayby add new sounds or beats to the songs. Jamaican New York based reggae/dancehall artiste/actor KC Jockey is currently riding high on the set of the new movie ?GO starring EVE, Mayte Garcia, Vincent Laresca, Mekhi Phifer. EGO will be released in 2008.

The film is based on a cop (Laresca) begins harassing the newly paroled ex-con (Phifer) who killed his father. The ex-con is repeatedly humiliated until his tragic death and the cop must live with the emotional consequences of his revenge.

A few months ago KC Jockey made his debut by playing a role in the soon to be released film AMERICAN GANGSTER staring Denzel Washington and Richard Crowe.

K.C Jockey is living large these days, hanging out on film sets with megawatts stars like Denzel Washington, and doing remixes with big acts such as Akon. The deejay hung out with Akon a few months and they hit it off so well that K.C gave his energy to an Akon remix, 'Lap Top'

"I was hanging out with him at the Source awards, at that time, SRC Universal who Akon is signed to, had expressed an interest in signing me as well, but they had other stuff in the pipeline before they could get to me, so that hasn't happened yet. Anyway, hanging with Akon was great, he's down to earth, and we had a crazy time, hanging with shorties, and talking about the industry; it was a family ting," he said.

The remix 'Lap Top' was released earlier this year.
