If you were in Australia in June 1964 you would have experienced BEATLEMANIA when the FAB 4 from Liverpool came downunder. In Melbourne they played at Festival Hall and were on stage for a total of 34 minutes. You couldn't hear them because of the screaming! Tickets cost 3 7s 6d which when converted to decimal currency was $6.75c. Applying the average inflation rate this means tickets were around $420 in today's dollars.

The Melbeats are 4 young Beatle Freaks! They have 3 costume changes (including wigs so as they look like the Beatles).
