Our cafe has been described for us as "a lush- zone, second only to my lounge-room",and "the best place I have ever drunk a cup of good coffee". We have 2 souix style tipis,furnished with bull-skins, and velvet cushions, with camphor-slab coffee- tables to create a shanti lounging zone.Original 1950's gas powered Atomic Espresso machines fill the air with the aroma of fresh coffee brewing, while your order of buck-wheat pancakes and banana bakes on the griddle. A s the day warms up the second tipi transforms into the Bush-Doctor Ju-Ju Juice Bar, creating iced fruit frappes,juices and smoothies to die for! Try a Lychee,Banana and Blue-berry soy/moo smoothie or a black-velvet.... Night-time again and the tipis glow with candle light inside, while outside psychedelic swirls play over the canvas, all in all a fully a-la-carte tribal vibe,organic and local where possible,an awesome installation at any event!
