In the old Sydney Gas Company Building, Gas opened in late 99 with much anticipation but hasn’t quite revolutionised the face of Sydney clubbing to the degree expected. It’s a great club with a good sound system, industrial feel, a mirror ball from hell and an ultra chic lounge area, but unfortunately the crowd is always a bit questionable and so the DJs waver their style to suit the dancefloor. Hopefully by the time you’ve read this the club might have taken off.
